What "man jobs" have you done today?

Having been lucky to have driven all the performance models in anger from the Audi, VW, Seat & Skoda a few years ago, I was once again lucky last year to drive many again, including Porsche, which is a different chapter altogether, but a highlight for me was driving RS GT eEtron. An absolute beast.

How are you finding the car :)
I love it :D thanks mate

She looks lovely (especially with the spoiler up) drives wonderfully and it at any speed to any speed ridiculously quick (I have been way into lose your licence quick on quite a few occasions just overtaking on the motorway)

Only real downsides so far are the range could be slightly more (although it is creeping up as the weather warms up), remembering to make sure I'm not in the lowest setting when coming home or I can scrape the front coming up the drive ! And the app is (as much as I hate to admit it) nowhere near as good at the Tesla app.

Other than that, favourite car I've ever had (and I've had a few :D )

I've mostly managed to get the frame up which for someone who isn't great at DIY is a bit of triumph. The tough part comes next trying to make it look nice. Not looking forward to doing the doors and end panels.

Next job is to figure out what to do with the plumber who seems to be refusing to finish off the job once I stupidly paid him.

I am not surprised as she has got such an amazing delivery of speed and delivered so smoothly + who-ever designed that car needs to win every award there is tbh.

Remember driving the 580bhp RS7 in anger and thinking "I'm running out of track" and then last year driving the RS GT eEtron and thinking "I'm running out of country" :D

Here's to warmer weather and an update to the app that geo locates and raises the suspension to meet that drive..

Worked up a sweat with this wood-chip wall paper on the ceiling. Pig of a job and hard work.

I read online that soaking with water/fabric conditioner mix helps. Can confirm it does. I was in a bit of a rush so would apply more than once and leave it to soak for longer next time.

I attacked a patch above the bed so that it could be assembled, I feel like just finishing the rest of the room this weekend so it's over with :o

I found out about the warm water and soap trick a little too far into stripping my first room, took ages. Got some more to do soon when our loft conversion starts, I can't wait
