What mobo for the following system?

Hi folks, looking for a bit of help.

I have the following system:

Asus P5N32 SLi Plus
QX6700 / Titan Amanda
2GB OCZ PC6400
2 x XFX 8800GTX

The short version is that I have been having on/off problems with and have narrowed it down to Motherboard/RAM incompatibility. The company that supplied the system are happy to replace it. The question being, what board do I go for?

I will be doing some CPU/RAM overclocking but nothing too major. Looking for about 3.3ish ghz out of it.

What are the best alterntive mobo's for this system? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: Because I am using the Amanda I will need a free PCI slot. Double width graphics cards make this a bit of a pain nowadays!

The Asus striker is very similar to the P5N32 AFAIK, so maybe stear away from that one. Ive personally got the 2GB OCZ PC6400 ram, and it works fine on my P5B Deluxe so that could be an option.
 
I would consider the following:

Abit Fatal1ty FP-IN9
Gigabyte DS3
Gigabyte DS4

All of them offer excellent overclocking ability, the Abit board looks the most interesting because its just been released and I have heard some good things about it. Looks a fantastic board. The Gigabyte offerings are strong overclockers and are compatible with OCZ, GeIL RAM. The difference with the DS3 to the DS4 is that the DS4 has a better NB cooling system, has firewire support and comes with better quality capacitors!

EDIT: As M.Khan says the P5B Deluxe is a top board also, good overclocking and stable.
 
Thanks a lot guys. I have had a look at the models suggested and checked out what ones the supplier have in stock. It would suit both party's i I were to choose one from stock.

The Gigabits mentioned above, some of the specs I have found mention 2 x PCI 8x, would the 8800GTX's not need 2 x 16x?

They have the Asus P5W-DHI975X in stock, is this similar to the P5B?

They also have the EVGA 680 board, does anyone have much experience with this? I see there is now a Rev 2 available?

There is very little hit with running 2 x 8800 GTX cards in a 2 x 8 motherboard.

I have the BFG 680i motherboard, and have very few problems with it, but I think there are supposed to be some quad core issues with it (which for obvious reasons (see sig) I have yet to encounter).

Didn't realise you were wanting an SLI board, looked back and saw the two GTX's just now must have missed it when I first read the thread. The Gigabyte's don't support SLI so they are out of the question. These boards:

Support SLI and are all pretty decent. I would either go for the Asus P5N32-e SLI its a great overclocker and comes with plenty of features or the Abit fatal1ty board.
