At about 40% load it's touching 78-80 degrees, I think I peaks at around 82.
Might be normal for these Zen cpu's?

From Zen2 onwards (3xxx series) they get pretty aggresive with boost, so higher (semi) idle temps compared to previous platforms isn't unusual... 92mm cooler might be a little on the lean side....
Thermalright do some great budget coolers - I'm running an 'Assassin King' on a 5950x (£17) and it keeps things in check, but if your case is big enough then the peerless assassin or Phantom Spirit are great for £30-35

CO= Curve optimiser! Basically a new form of undervolt which will reduce power/temps without losing much (if any) performance. (I still need to get around to doing this with mine!)
