I think we're all suspectable to feeling insecure, especially at certain points in life.
I would argue that women have taken the brunt of the media constantly undermining womens natural looks and playing up anyone who has surgery (for a non-medical reason). The media know what they are doing.

Her body, her money, she can do what she likes. I'm sure there's a 'customer' for that kind of look and she's getting encouraged to do it by her 'fans'.
My only concern is that once the glamour wears off, the NHS (we) will have to spend the next 50 years fixing all those terrible procedures.

But she seriously can't be of sane mind to want to look like that? These people should at the very least be heavily vetted before allowing any of these procedures. She'll probably end up suicidal.

I think it's clearly unethical of the surgeon regardless of what she wants or how much money she's prepared to offer.
Banning it is pointless though as people would just travel overseas.
