what platform do you watch F1 on

Would someone like to quote the part of the terms and conditions where it says don't sign up via a vpn or any other scandalous approach?

Just curious, presumably sky would be more upset than f1tv. But if you have a sky sub as well...

I tried F1TV a few years ago but they sussed me out and cancelled my account. I wish Sky would offer it on its own as i don't want all their other guff.

How on earth did you manage that? Asking for a friend

Detecting VPNs is mostly a matter of knowing which IP addresses are used by them. The BBC is extremely aggressive at blocking them, for example. Particularly free VPN IPs get blocked quickly.

Some sites use your local clock (and thus timezone) as a filter too.

The are also many means of fingerprinting a computer so you can track individual devices regardless of IP and thus figure out who is using a VPN.

Sky. But I'm away in the lakes right no so Signed up for NowTv for a month to watch the Monaco Gp... But NowTV wont work on my Nvidia shield.. Tried side loading it no joy..... I'll take the amazon fire with me next time but how annoying!!!!!!
Streaming only works for 30 secs... And looks rubbish. I can download it but cant cast it either......

I watch it on whichever nefarious streaming service happens to come higher up the search results, if I want it in English.
There's only one app legally showing it in this country, and I did use it for qualifying.

Would quite like a WEC Le Mans style app, and I'd maybe pay for each race. They'd probably charge laughable prices for the racing on offer though.
