I've put waiting for the 3950x though it could change to the 3900x (in theory anything but I'm quite set on a high-end Ryzen). Won't be purchasing until the end of Q3/Q4 anyway.

It does seem to sell quite well all over the place, it explains why it's out of stock frequently.

I have to say i'm a little surprised at that, i would have thought the best sellers would be, like they are with Ryzen 2000 the 6 core SKUs, the 3600. i bet its a lot of lower level workstation guys salivating at them.
 
3900x by far the best.... I guess people want to future proof!!

Also AMD customer probably divided the price by cores and threads, multiplied it by the clock speed, then added in the dollar rate multiplied by perseived amount of time it will last... And it equalled 3900... :-) :-)
 
Quite surprised that the 12 core is the most popular. Perhaps less people who buy them game much. By the time 12/24 is even remotely necessary for gaming, they will be considered slow anyway, and bettered easily by future 8/16. Then there's the extra cost and heat. 3700x seems the sweet spot.

Just breathe. in.....and out... in..... and out.

The 3700x is what we need. The 3900x is not for us brother. It's a waste. The money saved will enable a full extra GPU tier down the line.
 
It's the most popular at ocuk..

We are often a lot different to other retailers we are enthusiast based and have very high asp against the rest...
