what software that i can editing a swf file

i need to open and edit a swf file, to change the value of number of uploads then save it.

which software u'd recommended?

thanks, just opened the swf file with adobe flash but wouldnt let me change anything thou

i've opened the swf file and exported it to fla file, shall i edit the fla with notepad ++ ?
