What software to use for CPU temp test

Any advice on what I should do with the ring voltage? Should I just leave it at default

I've just gone up to 4ghz on 1.145 testing on real bench now how long should I give it for each test

If left to default, my board sets ring, (cache on Asus boards) to 1.27v. But I've manually set it to 1.200 without issue. 1.25v when I had cache clocked at 4400mhz.
