What spec is you Windows Home server?

I got very similar spec but the Sil 3114 RAID card.

I get on average 40-50mb/sec to my HTPC and about 80mb/sec to my main PC.

Dunno why there is a difference in my case, think it might be because it is going through 2 switches.

Cheers...not bad rates then, using the PCI SATA RAID card really doesn't seem to be a bottleneck to HDD transfer rates...

Does the SII3114 do RAID5? The Silicon Image website seems to imply it does but many sellers never claim it.... I'm unsure?!
