What speed would you expect?

My support tickets to Eclipse are getting nastier. I haven't implicity asked for my MAC code, but have pointed out I would've expected better from a "premium ISP like Eclipse" ;)

See how that take that one, and if its still not acceptable I'll be on the lookout to migrate.
 
Well what do you know?

An hour after I logged the ticket I had a reply stating that they would raise a ticket with BT.

I get home tonight to find I've sync'd at 2900kbps and an SNR of 5dB.

Still downloading at 118Kbs though - hopefully that'll begin to go up over the next few days? Also, is it worth resyncing once a day for the next few days?
