What spider?

They can't, or at least its believed only the jumping spiders can as they're about the only spider with good eyesight (amazing eyesight actually if you read into how it's believed to work).

Most spiders pretty much see by sensing vibrations around them and touch...so whilst you're snoring snorting and generally moving around in bed whilst everything else is still....sleep tight

I remember waking up in the middle of the night once with an absolutely foul taste like dirt in my mouth and couldn't stop coughing... I ended up going to the bathroom to be sick and as vomit hit the toilet bowl, out came a spider.... ****er had crawled down my throat!

I've since trained myself to breathe through my nose while asleep.......

Not sure whether I'd rather a spider crawled into my mouth or up my nose. At least you can spit it out of your mouth.

you know spiders can see in the infra red range. So at night when your house / flat is colder they can see the warmth of your bed and will scuttle over for a snug night themselves. Nighty night, sleep well.

Dugite said:
Envenomation
Its venom is potentially one of the most lethal in the world, causing coagulopathic and procoagulant effects. Dugites generally avoid biting humans, but risks of encounters rise when they are most active during the mating season through October and November.
The last death attributed to a dugite was in 1993 after an elderly woman died in Spearwood, Perth.
In January 2011, a seven year old Perth boy was bitten and temporarily paralyzed after a Dugite entered his bedroom and wrapped itself around his arm while he slept. After seeking medical attention quickly, he made a full recovery.
