what ssd to get

hi i was looking for a 128gb ssd but dont know which one to get my motherboard is a gigabyte p67ud4 with a i5 2500k

If you want to buy today I would go for the Intel Elmcrest, if you can hold off for a few weeks I would wait for the OCZ Vertex 3.

Go for the intel 510, I changed from vertex 2 to one and its amazing! It boots so quick I dont even see the windows logo

They're both a bit expensive! You can get an OCZ Vertex 2 120GB for £160.

I just got a Vertex 2 120GB, and think it offers the biggest bang for the buck you are likely to see.

If you want more performance down the line, get another one and RAID 0 them

His board has SATAIII, personally I would go for the fastest drive but the Vertex 2 is still an excellent SSD.

I didn't check the SATA speed; that's a good point.
