What t-shirts do you wear?

Asos or M&M direct do t-shirt pack all in different colours, I've found the all saints ones the best quality and fit, don't loose their shape or get discoloured.
A slightly cheaper option is the Jack & Jones packs also decent quality but a bit on the thin side where material thickness is concerned.

Marks and Spencer Pure Cotton Crew Neck T-Shirt in long fit are perfect for me. Currently £8!
This for me, usually get them on the 3 for deal. Used to be £16 but now £20.

Only downside to these, some colours (red and a light blue) have shrunk badly, others have not though.

Actually tell a lie, my go to tees are Hollister and All Saints. They've lasted an absolute age although I've only recently started tumble drying.

Sounds like the OP should be fine at most high street shops. Any time I try on some different tshirts I find they're made for boxy, wide carpet-carriers :o

I bought a load of Farah tshirts a few years ago because they fitted really well, liked the marl look and subtle branding. However they've been slowly shrinking to the point they're uncomfortable. They just annoy me now. So I live in my Uniqlo supima cotton tshirts which have never shrunk, are super soft, and cheap. And most importantly fit perfectly. The only problem is beyond black, white, grey, light grey, all the colours are a bit.. weird. Sort of weird pastels which I don't like.

What I do find a little strange (and probably a bit off) is that a t shirt can be cheaper than a cup of poncey coffee. Why even bother washing them, just wear and chuck it in the recycling.

I've struggled to find decent but reasonably priced polo t shirts for a long time. The best I've come across are Ralph Lauren ones that were bought from the States a few years ago and I've really struggled to replace them. Wish I bought more or would be more sensibly priced here. I've been utterly shocked at the quality of high street one and basically abandoned the idea i will find anything reasonable for less than £25. Next have probably been the closest to a decent budget one. They fit nicely for me and wear okay too and generally pretty good for wearing under jumpers when they are in offer for £10-15. Lyle and Scott again aren't too bad when on offer for £25 each. Anything from M&S, GAP, Super Dry I've found pretty much garbage. Under Armour and Oakley are okay but polyester.

Ouch, don't make me run my belly is full of chocolate! :(

Will give these a whirl and report back!

Anything cheap.

If I want to look smart I wear a shirt, t-shirts are never 'smart' no matter how well made.

Smart ≠ looking and feeling good. I wouldn't wear a tshirt to a wedding and I wouldn't wear a shirt to pop into town for a pint on a Sunday afternoon with a friend.

I'm a big fan of the Uni-qlo shirts, would say that they make up the bulk of my T-shirts. The Supima cotton ones are very nice.

Front runners, in London next weekend so will check out their Battersea store!

Levi's for me. They fit me well and seem to wash well even at 30. They're the only t-shirt I've found that I'm comfortable wearing out and about without needing something on top to look decent (shirt, jumper, etc).

Levis outlet not far from me, will check them out at some point but always seem very heavy on the levis branding and prefer just a plain solid colour so that they're easier to match with an overshirt or similar.

For the price these are great. As good as uniqlo/M&S etc

All of the colours I like are out of stock in XL, will keep an eye on them though!

Used to live off the Asos multipacks until I realised they were prime culprits for shrinking after a few washes. They also dipped in quality massively a few years ago and went from the heavier weight to very light and almost see through :(

Really wanted to like All Saints but they're so thin it's hilarious, especially in the lighter colours! May as well just cut holes so everyone could see my nipples instead of just teasing them :p

I like Tokyo Laundry T's I'm 6'2 17st and they fit lovely, wash really well and often can be found on special but price deals.

Nike or Adidas with the tiny logo on the left chest.

They last me years before they start to shrink

I think they are like £15 each but seems worth it when they last so long

I'm 6"4 and the large fit me fine

Right, gotya.

Not sure why I posted that tbh, it's been one of those days. My go to used to be Firetrap and Diesel but it's been a long time since I found they had any quality.

Another vote for Gildan premium cotton ones. The decent polyester ones from the likes of Berghaus are good, but they are pricey. I've had a lot of differing brands and found Gildan to have a decent fit while lasting, they don't wash great at 30*C though. I bought one of their jumpers, not bad, but the fit is a tad loose.

Cotton is so say better for the environment as polyester particles don't break down during the wash and go into the ocean eventually, if that makes a difference for you.

Will give these a go, thanks!

I'm fussy with tees, tried everything from gap, M&S, uniqlo, some more expensive ones. Gap we're good, but they only last a year.

These seem great, fit well considering the price. Though I've put weight in recently, so maybe when I lose it again I might change to a slimmer fit. But for £3, they're awesome!

Not tried the smooth feeling ones yet.(or whatever its called) but will add one next order.

Ordered a few in L, so will be interested to see how they fit. My last ones were cheapies from Matalan, but even they are £4.50 now!

I bought a bunch of cheap Hollister ones when on offer in next and Ive been happy with them. I'm 6ft 3 and they've kept shape after a bunch of washes.
