I'm guessing the driver has to pick an option from a menu when saying he can't make the delivery and has mistakenly chosen the wrong option.
The photo clearly shows he's stuck in traffic due to a road closure.

Yeah drivers click fail on their scanner and choose a reason why... There are quite a few to select from so chances are its the wrong one hes selected... Donut... Just complain and you may get complimentary chocolates

Problems on the A55 by the looks of it from google traffic. Looks like everything being diverted through Carmel and Holywell and also some issue at Halkyn.

You can blame all those English scum heading to Rhyl.

A DPD driver once left his van and walked from the main road to my house (150m ish) to drop the parcel off as he could not get the van down the road due to snow.

I like DPD.
