What time do you go to bed?

Left to my own devices I usually wind down about 2-3am - sadly real world usually gets in the way - over the last year its been anything from 9pm to 6am. I highly don't recommend it.

Bit of a pain really as I have to be careful not to disturb other people who sleep to more "normal" times.

Either around 0830 or 2100 depending on if I am working days or nights.
Not on stag, around 2230-2300 on average.

Much later than I should.

On nights tonight, so will go to bed when I get home from work at 07:30... but normally on days I get up about 05:45 and I'll go to bed at about midnight, maybe even 00:30.

When I'm off work I'll usually be up until 3-4am ish.

10-1030pm at the latest. 11pm or so at the weekend. I'm a morning person not a night person. I like getting up early and getting on with my day.

Between 9pm and 10.30pm unless out out. I getup early. This changed massively approaching 40. Body clock just shifted by a couple of hours

My body clock likes about 01:30-02:00 naturally. So long as I get >7hrs sleep I'm good. Sadly I need to wake up early for work (4am tomorrow :() so have to force myself to bed down at 9am, which I really struggle with!!

As I've got older I've found myself waking earlier and earlier. I rarely need my 06:30 alarm anymore, having been up and showered before it goes off. Still haven't conquered the going to bed bit, so usually bed by 12:00/01:00, asleep an hour or so later. Doesn't help that the other half does a week of days and a week of nights. She's often coming in as I'm leaving :(

Over the summer I tend to sleep very badly.

I tend to get to bed at around 1AM, but tend to naturally wake up at 5:30/6:00 so 4 or 5 hours sleep average.
