Unless it's the weekend when I stay up till 11:30 - midnight. After a couple of days of not getting 8hrs I become sluggish and continues lack of sleep usually sees me getting a cold or whatever in the winter.
In the week 10-10:30pm, up between 5-6am, weekends I sometimes stay up until 11:30ish but I'll still be up between 5-6am .. I just get to convince my doggo to come back to bed for an hour or so
