What to ground to when swapping psu?

Same as above... been building pcs for years and never bothered with anti static measures.

The ONLY time i would is if you were in an office and its had that horrible static causing carpet!... quick touch of a radiator or desk would usually suffice before starting.
 
As has already been said, just touch a radiator now and again.

When i first built a PC, i tried to use one of those wrist bands and it just got in the way, so binned it after 10 minutes
