Third finishes in very dramatic fashion. Worth it imo.

That's a shame, I quite enjoyed it but not surprised it was cancelled as it was probably too slow for the majority. Too much time spent on earth and not up in the room.Unfortunately the season ends just as it is getting somewhere

It wasn't just that it was slow, that's fine. It's that it didn't tell you anything at all. It didn't even really build up to anything. Slow is fine, getting to know the characters, and their motivations, creating atmosphere, but you have to have some kind of story.
Currently watching banshee, 4 seasons of it and it's very good. Very violent, nude scenes in every episode and all the main characters are very well cast. I'll be annoyed when i finish season 4
Great show, buuuuuuut, nudity drops off with each season and the less said about S4 the better.

I was about to post the same, S4 saw a big tonal shift and couldn't get on with it at all. However...
...that final fight with Bunker semi redeems season 4

Up to date with Resident Alien. Actually surprised how good season 2 has been. As much as I enjoyed season 1 I thought this would run out of steam quite quickly because the basic premise seemed to be 'Alan Tudyk is awesome, let's roll with that'
I'm back into Billions S5 after taking a break for a year or two, still don't understand half of the technical speak but there's more back stabbing and treachery than an episode of GOT
I made my peace with this show making me feel as thick as a brick around season 2!
Even the original series felt cheap sometimes, but was all about the characters and the stories. So far enjoying it and giving it a fair chance, only 2 episodes so far and I can see them getting better and better once the main characters grow on you. Like the main guy Ben his wife to be and the hologram she reminds be too much of Sandra Bullocks and not a huge fan of hers, but anyways so far so good and they have a lot to live up to from the original series so we need to cut them a bit of slack.
Something that brings good memories back is always a good thing in my book and the most important part of quantum leap was the stories and lives he jumped into.

A bit late to the party *cough* but just started Daredevil on D+ oh my gosh that first episode was rather good. I'm surpised they've left this up and available it made most of their recent shows look a bit shabby in comparison.
