Poker Face

Starring Natasha Lyonne from Orange is the New Black and Russian Doll.

Poker Face
Cracking new show with that weird lass out of Orange is the new Black.

Reminds me of Columbo where you see the murder committed and then how she unravels the cover-up.

It does have an overarching story but with only four episodes in not much has been done with that.

The gimmick of the show is that she has the gift of knowing when people not telling the truth.

Only just watched the last two episodes last night.

Overall an good and easy watch, although I certainly lost some interest, or at least thought the stories for episodes 6 & 7 were the weakest out of the whole series. Fortunately it redeemed itself for the last two episodes, with 10 tying it all up quite nicely.

Agree with @hyperseven, on the Columbo reference, I think she drawn some inspiration of playing her character from Columbo, which works rather well.

Been renewed for a second series which I'll certainly give a go.

Just started watching season 2 of Shadow and bone, 2 episodes in so far and I'm enjoying it more than the first season which i didn't like much to start with but grew on me as it went on.

My wife is watching Married At First Sight Australia, which means I have to see and hear it.

It is interesting seeing how it is cut to have a "villain of the week", but that's about it.

A Town Called Malice

This intoxicating cocktail of crime thriller and family saga in the early '80s follows the Lords - a family of South London gangsters - who recognise a golden opportunity to re-capture their former glory on the Costa Del Sol.

Danny Dyer wasn't involved with either of those but you're probably thinking of Nick Love movies. The Business etc. But yes it's similar.
yes I'm thinking on andrew lovejayloveday in footsoldier, and the ray winston gendre generally .... netflix trying to cash in with a glammed up version for international audiences.

Really enjoyed this.

Music throughout was epic.

Continuted my iPlayer run and watched The Gold. I thought it was very good and I assume there is to be a second season? Only downside, I guess... I'm not sure who actually won. It looks like some got away with all the money and even those caught, some didn't get very long inside.

Oh maybe depends on the source? I've been watching it weekly for the last 2 months or so now.
My bad, you're right. It started at the end of Jan. I was sure I recently added something that dropped in its entirety on the 17th March and I thought it was this. I now can't see what it was though... unless I just didn't look properly and only saw the most recent episode, which must be what I did.
