What TV shows are you currently watching

Even though I watch it every year I am re-watching Box of Delights as it is shown on BBC4.

If you have never seen it then it is worth a watch, the effects are terrible in modern terms but the acting is good, and the story is fun. If you have read the book or listened to the radio show then you'll know the story. if you have kids who aren't really young it is also good if they can cope with the effects. :)

Not sure if it counts as a TV show but I just saw some of the Jamie Foxx ‘comedy special’.

There were some jokes but it was really a comedy special in the usual sense, certainly not what I was expecting. A lot of it was just a chat through what happened with his stroke and his recovery. A lot of emotion, crying and a lot of praising god.

I found the editing a bit weird too… crowd chants start / end in a way that’s totally inorganic which made me sceptical of many other reactions.

Honestly, as someone that has only a passing interest in Foxx this was pretty laborious. Not what I expect and unless you’re a big Foxx fan it’s probably one to skip. We didn’t make it half way.

excellent series but now the intro/outro music is stuck in my head

Yay! Last episode of Wolf Hall tonight. Choppy choppy (actually about six or seven wasn't it) time with the drunken headsman for Tom Cromwell. Not putting in spoiler as it's historical fact.

Secret Level - wow that 40k episode was brilliant. Loved the first two as well, DnD and Sifu(??). I like shows like this, Love Death and Robots was great short sweet and leaves you wanting more.

Rewatching Banshee for the umpteenth time :D
Oh man - absolutely loved this. Some real legends that were overlooked in that period IMHO.

I've just finished Yellowstone. Good that Taylor Sherriden properly closed it off; altho the last Ep was maybe a bit too feel good for me.
