Over the LG 55b6v? There's a £100 price difference (panny being less) but I've heard the 902b is very good.forget the Tx go for the dx902b
Excellent tv, had had mine since last Nov and absolutely love it. Think I paid about £1900 but now has dropped to about £1300ish at currys now.Over the LG 55b6v? There's a £100 price difference (panny being less) but I've heard the 902b is very good.

I've managed to get the insurance company to agree to replacing my TV with the LG55B6V or a similar product. They've given me a Currys voucher worth £1497 (todays price on the LG) so I think I'll go compare the 902b and the B6v side by side and see which one I prefer.

Axa. Accidental damage. Whole point of the insurance is to get you back into the position you were in before the accident. My argument was if they gave me a back-lit led TV then I would be in a worse position in terms of black levels and picture quality.
I think a 55" will overpower my Bedroom.
Are the smaller model just as good?
seems crazy to me, but a lot of things don't make sense so probably right. i'll need to check my insurance. so i take it you need to pay excess and your premium will go up for the next 5 years?
i got burgled a couple of years back . claimed for 22k , my insurance went up £30 a year because i listed the TV and projector (which i didn't do the first time ...to my cost!!!)_
same company , the most important thing to take from my experience is if you have any AV gear individually valued over 1.5k you need to list it or thats all you will get back .
