A few questions to ask to cut out possible solution:

What games are you playing that triggers the reboot (online games by any chance)? If you use a USB modem and the reboots happen on online games only or when you are playing games with downloads taking place in the background, it is likely the USB modem having conflicts with your PC (common problem in the past).

If it is a BSOD and your system is set to reboot automatically, it is possible that you are missing the error (your monitor might take a while to change to a different screen res/refresh rate when a BSOD is triggered, hence you could miss it). To disable automatic reboot:
-Control Panel
-System
-"Advanced" tab
-Under "Startup and Recovery", click on "Settings"
-Uncheck "Automatically Restart" under "System failure
Any BSODs that take place now will be displayed nice and clearly now.

Are you overclocking or using manual settings for e.g. RAM? If yes, revert to non-overclocked state and for manual settings, select "Auto" in system BIOS and let the motherboard decide what it feels is the correct settings. If the system is stable afterwards, your manual settings will need to be looked at.

Possible problems include driver conflict or buggy drivers, try different drivers?

And as others have suggested, PSU.

games im playing are f.e.a.r offline, COD2 online
its a speedtouch router
i am overclocked on my cpu but it was doing this before overclocking and with a different CPU
PSU is also new i had this same problem with the older (3monthd old) PSU

auto restart is allready turned off

installed new drivers all round
whats very annoying though its its lack of traceability

something i forgot to mention was that sometimes when it does it, it will still play the sound for a little while (maybe 10 seconds)

i went from an asrock mboard to an asus mobo and used onboard sound, but now have an audigy 2 card
, no left over drivers as i have re-installed windows that many times

You didn't answer my question about whether the PSU is adequate? :) Replacing it with a new one won't work if it's overloaded.

You got many USB devices pluged in?

And Is the system over clocked? perhaps droping the FSB and slackening the memor timeings could stop the crashed, definatly sounds like hardware causing the crash if it is clocked.

Try setting your PC to stock and see if it still crashes. Sounds like it could be the problem, considering it happens during more than one game.

it is overclocked (see sig) but it happens at stock aswell, and did it with another motherboard and different chip and memory

quite afew usb things though but through a hub, could this be it?

Is the Hub powered or just off the USB on the motherboard?

powered

How about RAM timings? Set RAM settings in motherboard BIOS to "auto" and give it a whirl :)
have done this allready with no success

What make is it though? That doesn't mean anything really- it could be a q-tec for all we know :D ;)

Sounds like the problem to me. You can't run a rig like that on a cheap PSU ;)
