Gave up on:
Heroes (Season 2 + 3)
House (Current season: They tried to break the formula, which had become repetitive, fair enough, but the new story line was too novelty for me.
Currently, only Lost (fantastic), 24 (has its moments; needs more tasering), and Heroes (honestly don't know why I'm still watching it, it's dreadful at times).
Eli Stone
The Listener
Chuck
House
Heroes

Reaper
Life
Lost
Smallvillle
30 Rock
Dollhouse
Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles
My Name Is Earl
The Shield (on season 4 now)
I think there is a couple more, but can't remember off hand.

As mentioned, i lost it with Heroes. They basically overpower two major characters (Peter and Hiro.) then constantly think of ever desperate ways to underpower them so, that the story resolves over 20 odd eps instead maybe 5.
I am sure many will rolleyes over this, but seriously Peter is Goku in a dragon ball z for adults. And this is coming from a comic book fan. (Jeph Loeb what are you doing!?!?!?)
also just finsihed watching the US version of 'Life on Mars', dare i say i actually ended up enjoying it !!!!!! <dont stone me> , the finale was totally diff to the UK version but worked albeit very cheesy .. i would say dont watch it to compare with the amazing UK series but more for an alternative.
Currently watching Lost Series 4 on Blue Ray, which so far seems nothing more than a quest to put as many plot twists into one series as possible - not liking it!
