have you looked in your mobo's manual for mem timings?
1:1 is written as 1:2 on my gigabyte DS3R, so thats how it should be. Check the RAM timings and settings (ctrl +F1 in bios to access extra settings), might need the RAM voltage upped if you havn't set it to default(although i dont see why it shouldn't be fine).
Sounds like its just re-setting your overclock , so try a lower overclock and see if you can get that working. Check load temps at stock aswell, might have a heat problem or something.

from 2.4, work your way up in small increments, stress test for 15, repeat. in the long run its better to understand what your doing

As DavidB has said re the mem, have a look to see what your mem has defaulted to.
dont use easytune its crap, have you got speed step turned off? i had this problem myself i cant remeber how i sorted it tho, try uninstalling easytune if you had it installed prior to using the bios, could be causing a problem.
