What was the last thing you broke

And then...
I tried to get a ready meal out of the freezer, but the card box wasn't sealed at one end, so the plastic tray slid out, landed on the floor and out pops all the frozen contents all over the floor.

And then....
I decided to give my floor a clean, while opening the pack of floor wipes, the pack splits so it wont reseal and will all just dry out.

Username is apt!

My son's SSD. When I pull is old motherboard out I didn't realise it was still connected. It's snapped the L shape plastic thing and bent all the gold fingers :(

I actually very rarely break things. My wife does it quite a lot by comparison. Can't remember the last thing I broke, I think a wine glass while washing up a few months ago, but it's a very rare thing because I'm generally very careful.

I knocked my HP All-In-One off my desk on Christmas Eve whilst moving large present boxes. It looked fine but when I turned it on a week later the screen told a different story :(

I was tightening the bolt on my car's rear axle that locks in the ABS wheel speed sensor and went a bit too far taking the bolt's head clean off. The sensor is locked in place of course but if it fails at any point, it will be interesting to replace.

Good thing I bought OEM sensors so at least there's 10+ years of life left

Hmmm, last thing I broke...? Ummm... I think the absolute most recent one, was nothing major. Think it's a BT analogue copper phone line jelly crimp box. Whilst hoovering, I backed up and my heel kick it up from below, so it's partially dislodged from the wall now but has been pushed back into the original location so not really noticeable. Although, thankfully, we've stopped BT services, so it's not a big deal.

I have a toolbox that lives under one of the sofas in our back living room in one of those rollable clear plastic storage units. It’s got all sorts in it including an aerosol of white paint that was used to prime a ceiling when a water stain kept showing through. On returning some tools to it, including a pair of wire snippers, I was overcasual and dropped the snippers point down onto the aerosol, piercing it and sending paint into my eyes, as well as a bloom of it into the room full of soft furnishings. I managed to turn the can down so the bottom of the whole unit, as well as most of my best kept indoor tools, are now coated in paint. Breaking a rattle can is not recommended

Is a hp aio one of those all the bad points of a laptop but none of the good?

Ie you can't fix internals but it's not portable.

Yes, but it was bought as a sleek desktop, so no intention of moving it around. It had a decent spec for early 2018 - 16GB RAM, NVIDIA GPU, top spec Intel CPU, SSD storage, B&O sound bar, and the monitor was awesome - 34" curved IPS display with a built in popup webcam.
I'm going to try and disconnect the monitor and link up the base unit to my new monitor, through the HDMI Out port, so I can continue to use it.
