What was the last thing you broke

I took a small nerf gun apart to see how I could make it more powerful and now it doesn't rack. Just need to take it apart again I guess but currently it is broken.

I'm pretty careful and have barely broken anything in my life (other than few bones (nose, fingers, ribs) playing rugby).

My wife on the other hand is the clumsiest person ever. At least once a week she damages or breaks something.

Isabel Oakeshott, the journalist who broke an NDA to leak Matt Hancock's WhatsApps ?

did you hear this women protesteth too much (r4today) that she hadn't done it for the money - hope his lawyers nail her to the wall,
now seem to have other sycophantic journalists trying to find excuses/justification that releasing these out of context exchangess was in public interest.
surprised torygraph hasn't exposed itself to legal recourse too.

My wife just told me one of the women in her sewing class broke four vertebrae in her neck falling down stairs last week.

Amazingly, she was walking around for three days before going to A&E as her neck was hurting.

Sounds like the doctors were astounded she was not paralysed.

My coffee mug :(
Put it down then five mins later swiped it clean off the desk by accident.
At least it was empty.

I was looking for a thread on this, I think it's worthy of separate discussion.

I'm by no means a fan of Matt Hancock, but she came across really badly in that interview. If she was doing this in the public interest, she would have leaked the messages as soon as she received them. The question around whether she was paid for them (or did it for the money) was clearly a sore point for her. I do hope his legal team rinse her for a few pretty pennies.

I'd imagine she's also ruined her journalism career, surely no whistleblower et al is going to think of working with her when she can brazenly decide to break confidential sources.

surprising Hancock hasn't got some kind of injunction to stop further leaking .. at least make Oak* aware of escalating sanctions from civil case.
