What watch do you wear?

Never heard of citizens having decent lume. As above my seiko diver is very bright as is my gravity master G shock.

One watch which is supposed to have brilliant lume is the armida A1. I really need to own one day.

Armida's in general are pretty bright, as are deep blues. Many of which have lumed bezels too. Usually you only get the pip at the 12 oclock position lumed.

How do you guys rate citizen watches? reading this thread has out me off getting a bretling. i like a nice big watch with lots going on :)

They're not bad for the price tbh. But I'm getting rid if mine. Just don't like the leather strap and too expensive to buy a bracelet for it. Also its a bit big for my skinny wrist. I'll plough the money into another diver as the steinhart ocean black DLC has really got my attention. Works out at around £350.00 with the option of fitting a ceramic bezel as opposed to the stock aluminum one.

The lume on my Nighthawk is superb.

Which nighthawk do you have? I've got the black one, 1 day old and it glows for all of a few minutes before it dies down.
Jewelers I bought it from had to order it direct from citizen, so the box was still sealed when i picked it up and ive just worn it since then.
Don't know if I should have done something else before wearing it lol

Are you sure it's a ceramic bezel? It's extremely hard to scratch one of those. Unless you were HULK SMASH!!! ing it :p

I once took a hammer and chisel to a watch with a sapphire crystal and ceramic bezel, to remove a cyclops. The chisel went across the crystal and bezel and nary a scratch on both. The cyclops was removed successfully too :D

Yeh, no idea how it got there

So the Zuludiver 328 strap came today. Bit the bullet in the end. Can see why it's double the price of a quality canvas NATO. The hardware bits are all removable (springbars), and the extension keeper section is also completely removable, so it can be a two piece, or single piece. I like how a single piece feels, so removed it.

I also like the buckle, so can chop off the ones on my other NATOs and use this one when I rotate to them!

Smells like vanilla, too.

Morning all

I owned some nice Seiko watches and have around £500 to £800 to buy my next watch but this time around I'd rather not get a Seiko

What is a nice time piece to go for?

Thanks

Longines hydroconquest has to be worth a look in that price range.
