May well be a dodgy O-ring if it's tightened properly. Can you tell which part of the fitting it's coming from ie; the block or the tube end?
If it is that and you don't have any spares, you could use some plumbers tape to assist at a pinch.
If it isn't that, you may well just have a dodgy fitting and it needs replacing.
