What would you change in the game?

I've always found it interesting why you generally get more injury time in the second half than the first

Create more awareness and opportunity for non white coaches to get into the game.

What non white manager would you interview for the England job?

Back on op, the 'Rugbyesque' culture of respect for referees, only Captains can talk to them after a decision, automatic sinbin if anyone else gets involved, 10 minute benching.

Also have Ref's mike'd up

Getting rid of injury time is a pretty stupid suggestion. All that will do is give players more of a reason to time waste. If they roll around on the floor for ages faking an injury, they know that wasted time isn't going to be added on.

In terms of tackling I think the rules now are pretty good. If you leave the ground when tackling, I don't care if you got the ball, I don't care if old English centre backs with scars all over their legs say football is getting soft, you get a red card. The point isn't the resultant damage, it's the potential to do damage. When you're off the ground there is no way to control your weight or direction. The worst thing about this though is the consistency. You see a player get sent off for it in one game and then three players in other games will get away with it, which then brings in to question the original, correct red card. If everyone got a red for it I think it would go away pretty quickly.

All the people saying ITV should not show football are absolutely right. ITV are by far the worst media outlet showing football. Horrible, inaccurate commentary, sickeningly obvious bias towards English teams, and border line racism towards others. I'd also ban newspapers such as the Sun and the Daily Telegraph from reporting on football (or anything if I could) as they've time and time again proven themselves to be disrespectful and vile. The Fabrice Muamba situation has merely reiterated this fact.

If I could I'd change a lot of fans. So many people are blinded by their support for their team that they think every decision against them is wrong and every one for them is right. I understand supporting your team, but it goes too far. I also think swearing at matches should be banned. The amount of times I've been at games where there have been a lot of children, and some bloke constantly shouting every swear word under the sun is disgusting. There are ways to heckle the other team, which are much cleaner, light-hearted and funnier. Chanting about players personal lives can be fine sometimes but a lot of the time it goes waaaay too far.

The last thing would be any player who takes a corner and it doesn't go over the first man is instantly yellow card. I'm looking at you Ryan Giggs.

I'm sorry but I don't agree with positive discrimination, it should be the best person for the job at that moment in time.

I think you have misunderstood, all I'm saying is trying to create that awareness at entry level coaching. I'm agree with the best person should get the job, and skin colour shouldn't be a issue. Another point is there are loads of black players playing in the English league, but currently only 3 black managers. ( Terry Connor, Chris Hughton and Chris Powell.) Why is that ? Again I'm talking about getting that little push into coaching, not getting to the front of the queue when a job becomes available.

The opportunity to get into football coaching is the same for everyone regardless of your race or background. If you have any form of connection to football at any level its the easiest thing to get into.

Make penalties worth half a goal to discourage players from diving in the box instead of staying on their feet. I hate seeing players flop down with little to no contact being made just because a penalty and booking is preferable to having a shot on goal.
