What would you do if you saw a 20mph variable speed limit on a motorway?

as I drive a zero tail pipe emission vehicle I
take it we all agree that when there are temporary speed restrictions in place due to "local air quality" anyone in an EV are legally allowed to ignore it? ;)

I think it's probably balanced out by all the hot air and fumes from the BS spouted by the anti-EV brigade to be fair... :p

Pot and kettle if we are going to get tribal about it :p

If you could ignore those restrictions by running zero tailpipe emissions it would be a good use case for the max e-save setting in the PHEV :D

Should be fined double for the hot air and fumes from all the BS spouted by the EV fanboys to be fair...

I was heading south on the Bar hill interchange near Cambridge early in the morning. Camera was doing single flashes at cars and everyone was slowing down to the point everyone bunching up and nearly crashing.

I think a single flash is just a calibration but people get spooked and instantly put on the anchors. Bloody dangerous.

hmmh well, in road sign recognition+google the robots trust, but sometimes they are wrong
... not sure they are trained on the nuances of the uk motorway's either, or, in bad weather, they could see the signs.
