What would you do with a q6600?

What software are people running for servers please - this sounds like the best option I think media center / server would be ideal

My Q6600 still going and I'm happy with it lol. It's my motherboard I'm not happy with! No Sata 3 no USB 3 no PCI 3.0 XD want to upgrade but can't justify it. When is Haswell coming out? Like half way through 2013? Saving up for Ivy at the moment.

Still okay to be used as a secondary machine or media viewing rig, sure.

He's asking what to do with spare parts, He has an I5 as a primary system. People wont advice to upgrade a spare computer will they.

£100 bundles sometimes, Q660/mobo/4gig usually
