What would you do with...

Aren't these the sorts of decisions you make before buying a server? Because until you get it all up and running you're paying to basically keep your corner of the server room warm.

About these aeroplane wheels.. How do they burn?. Car tyres are OK, just not really what i'm looking for.

only reason i can think of to rent a server is if you want to transfer a crazy amount of data the same file to dozens of people as you still have to upload any files from your home machine first

half decent broadband you can easily upload 1GB+ per day
probably 2GB+

so unless you run a business which requires large volumes of data transfer then i cant really see the point

37.84 EUR / month isnt even that cheap

could get an additional line installed for less than that per month or upgrade your speed

Half decent broadband has 1mbit upload, maximum. This means that whilst you could theoretically push 300GB a month, you can only be upload 1mbit/s at any one time... this means a single low end broadband user will max out your upload speed.

37.84 Euros is incredibly cheap, what are you basing your thoughts on?

I'd stick porn or something on there. You'll probably get shut down in a few weeks. Maybe run a proxy for school kids that want to get around their school firewalls.
