What year did you leave school....

1994 I left school, was listening to `91-`93 'hardcore' & techno (something I've never stopped listening to), jungle (Don Fm and Kool) and a bit of guns and roses, Nirvana, Inspiral carpets etc

I left secondary school in 1998, but music was already on its way out by then.

Therefore, I'll quote 1994-6, as they were the best years imo. Prodigy, Orb, Orbital, Bjork, Reel 2 Real / Erick Morillo, Faithless, Baby D, The Grid, Jamiroquai (albums 1&2 only), and general dance music from that time as it was mainly house music.

P.S. What do people mean by high school? I've only heard that in America, so wasn't sure if there are people posting here from USA or if it means something over here.

1994

Metallica, Pantera, Shamen, ACDC, Prodigy, Pink Floyd, RATM, Nirvana.

I was also heavy into my raves back then so you should add all these in too...

Paul Elstak, Rhythmic State, QTEX, Lenny Dee, Chill FM, Dye Witness, Scott Brown, Kinetic Pleasure etc. etc.

A mixed bag really.

Have to admit - I hated every second of every minute of every day I spent at high school! The time I spent a college was simply awesome though.

Back on topic and when I left school I was listening to this:

And having seen them in concert since - yes they really are that awesome!

Also:

I was never lucky enough to see this dude in concert before his life was cut tragically short but I still say to this day that this is THE best ever choreographed music video EVER made!

I left in 1988. Pretty sure I was listening to Metallica, Sisters of Mercy, LL Cool J and The Smiths around that time.
