What year did you leave school....

96 and oddly I didn't listen to anything unless you count the meatloaf cassettes my mum played in the car! Didn't really start listening to music years later.
 
lol I hate necro'd threads.

Left school in 97 like many at around that the prodigy featured a lot in my listening, mostly was into techno about then and moved on to trance a year later, most of my year group were into stuff like guns and roses though.
 
Left Secondary School in 93 (well didn't actually leave as came back to the same place for 6th form :)).

I do remember it was about this time I was going through my rock/metal phase so was listening to a lot of Metallica, Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Black Crowes and even some Pantera and Sepultura.

Now I do not listen to the latter of those at all, but still enjoy a bit of the former.
 
2003. Then went straight into 6th form though.

Was listening to NoFx, Goldfinger, The Offspring, Lit, Slipknot, Soulfly, etc etc. Still listen to more or less same stuff.

HIM are a truly awful phagmetal band aimed at girls :( Ville Valo, :(

Coheed and Cambria, Machine Head and Dragonforce though :cool:
