What year did you leave school....

2005 - Atreyu, Avenged Sevenfold, System of a Down.

I did have an old bulky 30gb mp3 player from the mid naughties but I've since given it to my dad, shame as it had all my old music on it!

1974 Secondary Modern School.

Frank Zappa
Pink Floyd
Lynyrd Skynyrd
Genesis
Marvin Gaye
Motorhead
Hawkwind
Groundhogs
T Rex
Slade
The Sensational Alex Harvey Band
Deep Purple

Probably a load more as well, but can't think of them all..........................after all this time my old brain is a bit befuddled :D

No music in our house as we couldn't afford a radio never mind a gramophone - Got myself a second hand valve radio when I was 17 and listened to pop music ?

For the younger people on here a gramophone was the iPhone of today but you couldn't make phone calls and ten thousand times bigger.;);)

Dave

2006, HIM was really the band for me that year. Still love their earlier albums.

I saw them supporting metallica a number of years back, they were booed from the stage - and rightfully so :p

Left in 2009, listening to Metallica, Coheed and Cambria, Dragonforce and Machine Head.

Also Busted's "Year 3000", the Digimon and Pokemon theme tunes (ORIGINAL SERIES ONLY), and B*Witched's "C'est la Vie".

I'm in my mid twenties, and my parents were born at the same time as you.

How old are you?

Left Grammar school aged 16 in 1965.
Music listened to in that year,
The Rolling Stones.
The Hollies.
The Seekers.
Moody Blues.
Walker Brothers.
The Animals.

At my age that is all I can remember.:o

2010, I have a low dislike percentage in music.. depending on what i felt like that day, had a few ways I could listen to music so would stick different music on each.
