Ok this may sound weird, I don't like Garlic bread, dip, sauce or basically anything that is Garlic *insert something here*. That said I have zero issue with garlic being cooked in food, I myself use it (real garlic not 'lazy' or granules etc.) and enjoy how it adds flavour to food. So I have heard before, think it was Jamie Oliver that mentioned just how sweet roasted garlic is when he cooked a chicken one time and I forget just how many cloves he used, guess it's time I bit the bullet and tried it :)
