What's going on with my bank account?

Sadly not Natwest don’t run a 24/7 number

0845 300 3986 (Monday to Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 8am-6pm)
Don’t think many banks run a 24/7 services only one what springs to mind is Barclays

He definitely said something about canceling the card and calling the fraud department, to which I replied yes please and then he gave me the number. Couldn't really understand him that well though. :p

and Lloyds.

I thought Natwest would have a 24/7 number, they always go on about their customer service in their adverts!

Santander have 24/7 access to pretty much everything?

Anyway:

If you need to report fraud in relation to a NatWest credit card, you should telephone 0845 300 4350 (24 hours a day).

I know it's not a credit card, but they may be able to help you.

If not call 0800 88 11 77 (telephone banking) and advise them you'd like to close your account due to their lackadaisical approach to fraud and frankly you don't feel safe with them any more. Then ask for the number to call to register a complaint. Watch what happens :)

When my card got cloned my bank rang me, I had no idea until I got a call asking if I had just booked flights to Scandinavia, They had also managed to donate £5 to marie curie (nice of them) and bought a new TV,

They did all that within an hour so if you discover anything dodgy involving your bank ring them asap,

Luckily I am with the co-op and they completely covered the cost and even gave me a small temporary overdraft for free to use until they could get the money back
