I've got a Lowepro Nova 1 AW bag and inside consists of...D50, standard lenses, 70-300mm nikon lense, 300 ADFN flash gun, couple of lense cleaning cloths and some indigestion tablets

Since this photo I've changed the 550 for a 580 Flash and got a new Canon MR-14EX Macro Ring Flash. I also have another 20D as a backup.
