This weekend I want to make some amazing burgers with some great fillings however I need some inspiration ... So what’s in your favourite burger combinations, pictures would be fantastic 

Can't go wrong with BBQ sauce based ones.
Be it cheese bacon and onion rings
Or cheese bacon and hash brown

All smoothered in BBQ sauce.

Also a fan of blue cheese sauce on burgers

And chorizo in burgers.

In fact that's why burgers are so good, you can continually change toppings and they are all superb.
And unlike an expensive steak I don't feel like I'm detracting from the pure meat flavour.

That sounds excellent. I went to Southern Eleven. I was really impressed by the Fried Pickles.

Theres a cheap takeaway/milkshake place on Oxford road just by the Revolution which does great burgers aswell.

I'm from SURREY and what I found astonishing was the prices, its incredibly reasonable

Im thinking ...

Bun
Mozzarella
Bacon
Caramelised onions & peppers
Beef patty
Mozzarella
Beef patty
Bun

WINNER

Surely thats just the north in general!

I disagree, i name several northen places i enjoy eating at which are not far off if not the same as prices in SURREY. Southern eleven just seems very reasonable, and the food is fantastic :). Blows Bodean's for example out of the water !!!

Archies? The burgers are awful from there *vomit smiley* The milkshakes are awesome though.

I still haven't tried Southern Eleven. It's on my list.

My favourite food at the moment is the sausages from Barbican in Chorlton. One of their big chorizo sausages along with their amazing fried bean/sausage rice. Seriously awesome food.
