At that point, the bottleneck will probably be not in the storage performance, but the central processor which would be too slow to process all that data.

And needing chilled water to keep them cool under continuous load at current running hotter and hotter pace...

And with Flash memory access latency will be still horrible and unfit to replace lack of DRAM:
Basically if we make analogy of single CPU clock cycle being comparable to our second, RAM gives answer in minutes, while for answer of Flash based SSD you have to wait for start of the next work day.
