I'm not sure if there are limits or recommendations on screen sizes without looking but your brother is certainly entitled to breaks away from the screen, so he could be doing paper based tasks instead.![]()

Back in the day, (puffs on pipe) we used to work on 320x200 screens and 640x480 in mono, or colour on 10, 12 amd 14" screens. Try doing CAD all day on a early 14" CRT. You won't be complaining about a lovely TFT screen which is far easier on your eyes.
