Whats the best Fan from overclockers money can buy?

Why's that then? It does seem louder than the ones in my stacker which are virtually silent, but it does move more air.

Because they are louder than they say and push a bit less air

If they said they were 29db (which I think is what they were measured at) then there wouldnt be a problem, but the silentcat is quieter and pushes a lot of air.

I don't have a SPL meter with low reading ability (I have the radio shack meter) so where is this about that it's 29dB? Anyway I think it'll do for CPU fan.
