What's the little thing that makes you smile?

Wet roundabouts and gravel car parks:D. That and flooring it away from junctions and not the faintest hint of wheel spin. And indicator on the right hand side. And an interior light switch on the dash, I'm not even sure why that cool but I like it.

And penski if you can do burn out in the chevette I suggest some new tyres ;) .

I have a light car with 5" wide steels...

I have ditchfinders because there is genuinely very, very little noticeable difference between them and more expensive rubber in a light car.

Plus, I'm a hooligan. A stingy one at that.

Hang on, dont they do burnouts on that oily stuff, that doesnt count.
You still need to be able to spin the wheels ;)

That Kadett is very nice, very Q car and I havent seen one for years.

Check out The Classics And Retro Show or Retro Cars Show as it's been known for the last two years - it should be there. As will I.

Why not use an XE on carbs rather than a V8?

Torque ;)

That said, I need to sort finances for a special leetle project ;)

When you turned the ignition to on, on a RD350YPVS and the powervalves would open and close as though saying hello to you.

I've got 7" wheels on now I think, 185 tyres at any rate so thats probably what does it. They are crappy part worns though.

I really like the bonnet vent and wide arches.

Love the way it sounds at 5k with both butterflys open :)

Also when you drive throguh a large puddle steam comes shooting out of the bonnet vent. Proper bo I tell thee :D

Give it a couple of weeks and I'll have 7" fronts and 10" rears.

I think Ill be popping along to that show. Can I go up the strip even though I dont have a retro car? It is modded though :)

Of course you can - last year there was a retro car park, a non-retro car park and loads of stands - check out the www.retro-rides.com stand...last year we had 50 cars (about a quarter of the total cars on stands!) and this year will be even bigger.

And say hello if you see me.

I had one of those! Except it was an injection model (75bhp). The noise it makes is sexual

Trust me mate, it affects Black cars also!

My car attracts dirt, wet or dry, it never stays clean. :(

Ain't that the truth, unbelieveable... black cars are *** worst to own, i reckon even worse than white.
