What's the longest distance you have ever cycled?

Yeah but that's good for a beginner!

I've been riding for a few months now (used to ride a lot 8 years ago and just started up again, but I don't think I topped 45 miles back then).

Cycled from Swindon to Bournemouth and back a couple of years ago. Garmin had it as 150miles, but I left it paused for a good section on the way back, so I think it was more like 170. Before that my longest had been 40 miles.

69.3 miles yesterday. London out to the Surrey hills and back.. was going to go for 80 by finishing up in Richmond Park but clouds looked very dark so I sprinted back.

I've done a few 100 milers in the last few months, hoping to do a club 200 mile next year. Managed to squeeze 67miles in today :)
I started cycling this time last year and I'm hooked on it now.

Distance can be misleading. I did a 10 mile MTB ride at the Lake District last week and it was the hardest most challenging ride I've ever done.

10 miles and 3,500 ft (1000 meters) climbing

In an opposite end of the scale kind of way I'm always surprised by how tired I am from going really slowly with some people on a ~50 mile flattish route. It could literally be the easiest ride ever but you spend so much time in the saddle that all the harder ride aches and pains manifest.

134miles is my longest ride. Completed in 7 hours 30 mins give or take a minute or so.
I've done about 20+ 100 mile rides in the last 4 years, normally on a weekend & usually solo rides.

I totally get this, I find boredom sends my muscles to sleep.
