I am a little confused by this points/banning system also.
I was given a 48hour ban for not waiting the full 24hours before making a price drop post, I think I was something like 38mins too early, thought it was a tad harsh tbh, especially as it was my first offense.
I would have sent an email to someone if I thought it'd do any good, I just thought it was a bot don or something, but it was just a bit of a pain as people were in the middle of trying to buy the items I was selling.

I am not disappointed at all! In fact I haven't seen anything that would paint you in a bad light like some would suggest but I guess that's because the incriminating posts tend to get removed.

Like it says in the MM rules, people ignore warnings so if you break the rules then you pay the penalty. In theory you could get one for being even one second early, though I doubt that's ever happened.
Never had an infraction, or a suspension, here or anywhere else.
I can't comment regarding the sus as it was before I was made Don.

Yeah Im banned from MM and HTML.... HTML for selling services and MM for pointing out to someone the item they were selling was available new for cheaper.

The MM will always be strict and should stay that way to keep it a safe place to buy/sell items. It's the one forum where you 'have' to pay attention to the rules.
As for the HTML forum, you know you can't sell services, it's in the FAQ, that was silly of you.
