What's your favourite beer?

prob a bottle of goliath form the wychwood brewery. hobgoblins not bad from their either.

if its in a pub and they only have the basic lagers i will go for a becks vier or tuborg.

but im more a whisky drinker.
 
Spent the weekend in Exmoor.

Had a few pints namely, Exmoor Ale & Exmoor Stag (Exmoor Ales) and Old Hooker (Cotleigh Brewery). All very nice.

At home I've been drinking Fuller's ESB and St. Peter's Best Bitter.
 
So many to chose from...I normally go for

Old Peculiar
Orkney Dark Island
Guinness

If I'm in a lager mood its usually Peroni
 
Summer Lightning
Doombar
Tea

special amazing but only available in a few pubs beers:
at the Blue Peter in Polperro I had Yellow Hammer and it was rather good
Flowerpots from cheriton near winchester - good beer festival here every year and my all time top ale

I had a bottle of that a while ago and thought it was quite good too :o

On topic - probably either Punk IPA or John Smiths at the moment :cool:
 
There is a seasonal beer called "Fireside" by the Greene King Brewery (I know, not very niche, but...) and it comes out around Xmas. I absolutely love the stuff.

I'd never buy lager when at a pub, always ales, but when I'm at home, for some reason I always drink Stella! Don't know why.
