Whats your favourite Indian dish?

I've been burnt by a few Jalfrezi's from different places so I have either a rogan josh, bhuna or dopiaza now.

I usually regret it as they are usually too mild, I know if I'd had the jalfrezi though it would have burnt the roof of my mouth off.

Can't go wrong with a bhuna imo.

rogan josh - tomatoes
dopiaza - lots of onions
bhuna - not sure but its nice.

The key is to tell them how hot you want the jalfrezi.
 
Tough one to answer, but I particularly like prawn / king prawn puree with chilli nan bread (or peshwari nan), and a mountain of pappadams.
