bf3 for me..

i do hate it at times tho with the lack of team work and the servers always being unbalanced..

loving learning to fly in the helis and jets with my new joystick...

I know what u meant but I didnt know that by redcuing gfx details u get less cluter and objects?

If so thats unfair?

So I should lower some of my gfx options? U can have it so u have high detailed gfx but less objects? or high details=more objects low details=less objects?

the graphics are horrible and dated. turning down graphics is even more dreadful.

If they could get it patched to how it was pre btk, it would be a lot better for me.

So you disliked it before you played it? How does that work?

Based on previous experiences with the Battlefield franchise. The problem is actually due to my colourblindness. It's very hard for me to distinguish player models from the background, everything blends in too well. I've yet to see a colourblind mode added to any of these games either. It's only a problem in realistic-looking games like Battlefield and CoD. MW3 has a colourblind mode but I couldn't really see a difference. TF2 and Quake both have massively colourful red/blue player models that stick out very well from the background which is why I like them much more than realistic looking shooters.

But even beyond that, the slow as hell playstyle just doesn't work for me.

But mainly, L4D 1 and 2 for me. Makes me laugh every time.

Quake 3 still tbh

I play BF3 and I like it, I still play DoD source for my WW2 needs, and TF2 for comedy relief, but quake 3 via quake live is still my number 1 FPS of choice

killng floor is like l4d?

It's sort of similar to the Survival mode of L4D in that there is a continual stream of nasties to get you, however in Killing Floor they are split up into waves, with a maximum number of waves depending on the setting.

You get money for each kill and completing a wave and once you do complete a wave there is a shop you can use to buy better weapons, ammo and armor.

Is a lot of fun with a few of you (basic game can have 6 players in it) and the difficulty ramps up quite quickly

I still love playing Quake3. Fast and frantic and still a good number of people who play. Wish I could say the same for QuakeWorld

I really liked Homefront but the community quickly died a death when BF3 and MW3 came along.

tf2 and quake live here. Gave mw3 and bf3 a shot as I got them cheap but just find them very boring and un fun.

Killing Floor for me, love the co-op aspect of it, playing with friends, and the frantic pace it can sometimes get to, when the proverbial hits the fan!
