What's your favourite ready meal?

I wouldnt have thought so either. To me a ready meal is something more complex condensed down into either 10 mins in the micro or a short burst in the oven.

A pizza is just something that happens to cook quickly! I suppose you could argue that making your own from scratch takes longer though.

Never eat ready meals but if i want something quick and easy asdas 'make your own' pizzas are fantastic. £3 for a 14 inch pizza, perfect

Mumtaz have teamed up with the Co-op, they do some cracking ones. Sainsbury's curries are good too, and are for sale at £5 for two curries with rice and a side

None of the definitions of 'ready meal' I just Googled mention 'must be microwaveable', only that they are pre-prepared and only require heating.

M&S do these amazing Thai fishcakes. Absolutely gorgeous. Really good with the ready made potato rosti's they do too.
