See this is why I should still be a mod, I'm just awesome like that.

Anyway that thread is ancient so I don't think it'd be a good idea to close this and revive that, therefore I'll add to this thread!

I'm in the RAF and work with communications equipment down in Cornwall. It's awesome. Paying next to nothing for accommodation and food, free gym 50 metres from my front door, 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off.

What a treat.

I have a full time job (42 hours per week) as a CNC programmer/setter/operator for a large engineering firm. I also run a business in the oter time both selling electronics components, tooling and related items, and own a laser cutter (I have my own products in development and will be distributing them myself) with a second one on order. I also have half a dozen fairs and shows planned, my first craft fair is in April.

I work a very very long week! Tonight is a website making night for the laser part of the business. That said, im off to bed now.

Mobile phone salesman, I'm really starting to hate it now. The pay is poor and I feel overworked/overburdened, however there aren't many jobs in my area at the moment so leaving straight away wouldn't really be a wise option for me.

Medico Legal Assistant in a Trust - basically I'm the middle man between the Claimants Solicitors and the Trusts Solicitors.

At the weekend I gig in two rock bands and have been doing for 42 years.

So your the middle man between their middle men?

RAF, was doing networking management.

Sadly, the goverment has decided it is better for civies to do my job instead. Which is a shame, as I loved the job. It was busy, I had been doing it a year and was starting to know the system inside out. You were reliaed on heavily to keep the place running smoothly.

Though going to work on comms stuff, which is a good techie job so I'm well happy with it.

Nothing to complain about, I get paid enough, cheap food, cheap accomodation and I get to visit nice sunny places every so often :) I love my job. :)

Im on the rock and roll looking after my 2 disabled parents who need constant supervision these days. I hate feeling like a leech:(

Im going to try doing some marketing work online for my cousins company which has made millions over the last few years selling crap online that doesnt work to gullable people,if it pays i dont care though lol. Her and BF have told me that the people doing their marketing make a lot of money if they do it right, like 10 grand a week lol,but the majority dont make a penny:p Because im family i can get my stuff up online before the new products are released and promoted so i have a head start.

Thing is i know nothing about SEO or w/e its called on google and how to get hits so i dont know if this will ever be possable for me:confused:

Fix all sorts of Gaming and Gambling machines. Such as Fruit, Music Jukeboxes, Touch screen devices, (£500) Jackpot slots, Lottery Machines and quizzes plus a few more devices. All good fun making sure they work before they get sited in pubs and casinos, plus you get to play on them and test them ;) Quite interesting knowing how they work etc. It's a decent well paid job.
